About Me
Aligning my Skills with a Passion
I have a diverse background including eight plus years as a contract project manager where I worked on marketing, fundraising and communication based projects, as well as a career in academia as a student, scholar and research assistant. When I re-entered the work force in 2019, I rediscovered my passion for non-profit work, and I am dedicated to continue working, on a permanent (not contract) basis for an organization whose cause-worthy mission I can effectively articulate through marketing, communications and fundraising strategies that will allow the organization to scale up, expand their donor base, and promote their cause!
Dexteretous Skill Set
I have a wide range of skills, both soft and professional, that can save costs, money and resources – skills that are especially helpful in the non-profit sector. For instance, I can design and select decor for event space, and create fundraising and marketing materials, including non HTML web design. I can also arrange flowers and music in additional to the traditional planning and preparation for events. Finally, I am a quick learner and have a genuine curiosity which makes me very adaptable to different work environments and projects. Look under the Portfolio tab to SEE my work!! I
